Family History is all about you!  

When you looked in the mirror this morning, what did you see?  
Brown curly hair, blue eyes and freckles?
Whatever you saw, your family history was looking back at you!

Everything that you inherited from your parents, they inherited from their parents and back through the generations. 

• Where did your family come from?
• When did they come to America?
• What language did they speak?

Learning about your family history not only teaches you about history but also your family stories within historical events.

• Did you ancestor serve during World War II? 
• Did your ancestor sail on a ship from the Old World?

Our curriculum is written for all age groups and can help students get a fun and different perspective about history when they realize their family had a part in it. 

​Please consider joining our free Family History Homeschool Classes.  Students can work at their own pace and can also use the Evans Georgia Family History Library and its consultants to help them research.

We will also be hosting a Family History Story time for 3-5 year olds either via zoom or at the center if we have enough interest on Wednesday mornings.  Please let us know if you are interested.
